About Us

We are a group of people that believes that most people are good and that it is okay not to be perfect.

We believe that part of life involves learning about ourselves. Though this information is important, getting it is not easy. When we ask others to give us feedback, they are always measuring the consequences of what they divulge. Whether it is admiration or otherwise. The collective opinion of our community becomes our reputation. We allow this information to be posted anonymously. The innovation we provide is that the approval or rejection of the comments you make gets placed in your profile, without revealing what you said. So you have anonymity with a degree of accountability.

We also think that another important part of life involves helping others to become better, and that this is getting harder and harder to do. People are not open to commentary from others. If is positive, they are embarrassed; if it is negative, they shoot the messenger.

The GORB allows anyone to provide anonymous feedback. This feedback is moderated by the actual community surrounding each of us. So be calm. Relax in The GORB. It is okay not to be perfect.
